The Trends tab, on the manager home, shows how the mood and workload of your team evolve over time, and gives your team a score you can follow from one period to the next.
Who sees it: managers whose company allows team analytics. If the "See team analytics" permission is off, the Trends tab is not available.
The team score
For each indicator (mood and workload), the top of the tab shows:
the score of the period out of 5, for example "3.8 / 5"
its verdict (good, mixed or bad)
how it moved compared with the period before: up, down or steady
The score also appears as a dotted line on the chart. It is the same score as on the engagement dashboard, calculated with the rule described in Mood evolution.
Choose the period
Pick one of these periods:
Last month: the last completed month
Last 3, 6 or 12 months
Your own period: any whole months you choose, up to 12 months, none in the future
The score is compared with the months just before the period you chose. When you open the tab, Popwork starts with the shortest period that has enough check-ins, and tells you when it is not the last 3 months.
Whose check-ins are included
The chart and the score cover your direct team. If your company lets managers see the teams below them, you can also include the people of those teams. Each person's check-ins are read with their own manager.
Only the people you already see by name are included, so the Trends tab never reveals a score you could not see elsewhere.
Explore your teams: "By team"
If your company shows managers the teams below them (admins and people allowed to view all teams see it too), a By team table lists your own team, then one row per team led by one of your team members.
Click a row to open that team in place: its score, its chart, then the teams below it and the people.
People are shown by name only. If you may not see someone's results, the table shows a crossed-out eye and "Visible to" followed by the name of their manager.
Team names are shown when a manager leads exactly one team.
