🔧 Steps to connect your HRIS with Popwork

Here are the steps to connect your HRIS to Popwork:

  1. Request access: Contact us via chat or by email at support@pop.work, and we will provide all the necessary information.

  2. Start the integration process: Click on the link received by email to begin the integration process. Make sure you have the necessary permissions and information to complete this integration.

  3. Select your HRIS: Choose the HR system you use.

  4. Review shared data: Review and confirm the scope of the data shared as part of this integration.

  5. Obtain your API credentials: Access your HRIS to generate the required API key and, if necessary, the URL.

  6. Enter the information into Popwork: Input your API keys into Popwork to start the synchronization.

  7. Filter the users to synchronise: Use groups, legal entities, work locations and/or employee status to filter the employee to synchronize with Popwork.

  8. Start the synchronization: Once the connection is established, the data will be synchronized and updated automatically.

  • How the integration remains compliant and manages data deletion?

    If an employee goes out of scope, the system marks them as remote_deleted_at and deleted after 14 days. This process ensures that no sensitive data is retained longer than necessary, maintaining compliance and data protection standards.
