Account admins have access to a complete dashboard from the Company menu.
In terms of goal tracking, the main indicator is the objectives status. This status is updated periodically by employees and indicates the degree of confidence in achieving an objective on time.
The available statuses follow the RAG methodology:
On track means “I am confident that I will achieve the goal on time”
Behind means “I am behind the end date or slightly short of the goal”
At risk means “I am not sure I will achieve this objective, due to a significant delay or performance gap”
The admin therefore has visibility on the distribution of these statuses over a given scope from his dashboard and can zoom in on part of the organization by selecting the perimeter of one specific manager.
