Popwork rituals can be customized at two levels:
🏢 Company level — by account administrators only
👥 Team level — by managers
Some questions may be locked and cannot be modified or removed.
🔒 Types of locked questions
There are two types of locked questions in Popwork:
1. Mood and workload questions (locked by default)
Mood and workload questions are locked by default in 1:1 meetings because they are used to feed team and company dashboards and analytics.
These questions cannot be removed or edited.
2. Mandatory questions set by the account admin
Some questions may be locked because they have been made mandatory by the account administrator.
These questions are required at company level and cannot be modified or removed by managers.
