How the feedback frequency indicator is calculated

Updated over a week ago

The feedback frequency indicator is based on the number of feedbacks shared per month and per team member.

This makes it easier to understand how frequently managers share feedback with their team members and compare it with the number of 1:1 meetings completed, irrespectively of the time period selected.

Each instant feedback or comment shared by the manager counts for one feedback.

Words and colors are here to help users quickly visualize where issues are:

  • None or low ≤ 0.5 / month is considered as not sufficient (red)

  • Occasional ≥ 0.5 / month and < 1.0 / month is considered OK (light green)

  • Frequent ≥ 1.0 / month is considered as good (green)
