Performance reviews are a ritual to enable managers and teams members to reflect on achievements, performance and growth opportunities.
Popwork makes reviews simple and meaningful. In one click, managers can set up this management ritual from their Team settings and choose its frequency (quarterly, biannual or annual).
It works in a very similar way to 1:1 meetings:
Before the conversation, team members are invited to answer a few preparatory questions
Managers can then read answers and prepare / share feedback
At the end of the conversation, managers and team members agree on actions that will help them improve and grow
Once the conversation is over, managers can complete and share the review. The review then becomes available to Popwork admins
