How to reflect on achievements and performance through Popwork

Coaching conversation is a specific ritual to enable managers and teams members to reflect on their achievements and performance and agree on development goals.

We know that mid-year reviews can be stressful and boring. Popwork makes them simple and meaningful. In one button click, managers can set up this new management ritual from their Team settings and choose the frequency (quarterly, biannual or annual).

It works the same as 1:1 meetings:

  1. Before the conversation, team members answer a few questions.

  2. Managers can then prepare for the discussion and share feedback.

  3. At the end of the conversation, managers and team members agree on actions that will help them improve and grow.
