How to send a reminder to a team member?

When a team member has not yet completed its check-in, the manager can send them a reminder to answer the questions.

To do so, in the shared workspace with the team member, the manager has to go to the selected ritual and then click on the "..." icon > Send a reminder

The team member will then receive a notification (e-mail or Slack, depending on their settings) to answer the questions to prepare for the 1:1 meeting with their manager.

This reminder can be sent by the manager at any time, before or after the 1:1.
