The Adoption tracker shows how far the people of your company got with Popwork, and who to go and see to help them move forward.
Who can access it: admins of the company's account only. Open it from : Company > Adoption tracker.
The figures cover the whole company and are refreshed about every minute.
Activation, in four steps
The top of the page shows how many people reached each step.
Step | Counted when |
Accounts | The person has a Popwork account on your company |
Signed in | The person really signed in: they logged in, accepted an invitation, or held a ritual |
In an activated team | The person belongs to a team that its manager has set up |
With a ritual in place | A ritual is set up for the person: their own (for example a 1:1 with their manager), or one they run as a manager |
"In place" does not measure how regular a ritual is. It only tells you that a ritual exists for the person.
The admin home shows the share of people with a ritual in place out of everyone on the account, for example, "With a ritual in place: 96% (992 of 1,028)".
Who to follow up on
Three lists show how many people need a nudge. Click a list to filter the table below it.
Never signed in: people who have not logged in yet.
No ritual in place: people with no ritual set up for them.
Ritual in place, never held: a ritual exists, but it has never taken place yet.
People
The People table lists, for each person:
their name and their manager
the list they are in (never signed in, no ritual in place, and so on)
their rituals, whatever they are called
the last ritual held and the next one planned
Use the search and the manager filter to narrow the table, and export it as a CSV file.
Managers
The Managers table shows, for each manager:
the size of their team
the share of their team with a ritual in place
the last ritual held
the tools connected (Slack, Microsoft Teams, calendar)
Teams that are not set up yet and teams with the lowest share come first, so you know where to start.
Good to know
Where else do I find these numbers? The same figures feed the admin home and the Adoption widget of People Insights, so all three always show the same number.
