Team mood and workload

In your Popwork dashboard, the mood evolution helps you understand how your team is doing.

The monthly evolution of the mood is based on the answers to the first question of the check-in ("How was your week?") over the month.

The workload satisfaction indicator is based on the answer to the workload question of the check-in ("How is your workload?").

Mood of each team member

In addition to this consolidated view of the mood of your team, you also have access in your dashboard to the mood of each team member. This gives you an immediate overview of where each team members stands.

If you want to deep dive, you can find the detailed answers of your team members by accessing your shared workspace with each team member.

How are these insights computed?

The mood is based on the answer to the first question of the check-in "How was your week?".

Team members can select up to two adjectives to share how they feel from a list of 10 adjectives (5 positive, 4 negative, 1 neutral).

The workload satisfaction indicator is based on the answer to the workload question: "How is your workload?".

Team members can choose among 5 possible answers:

  • Not enough work

  • I can do more

  • All good

  • I have a lot to do

  • It's challenging
