Next steps are a feature designed to help you follow up on one-to-one meetings efficiently.
It’s a best practice to write down next steps before walking out of a one-to-one meeting. To do so on Popwork, simply click on the “Add next steps” button at the top of your agenda card. A next steps card will populate where you will be able to write down the next steps agreed upon with your team member.
Next steps will stay at the top of your Popwork feed until the next check-in and will make it easy to make sure you follow through on what was agreed upon.
