Suggested agendas are a Popwork feature designed to help you build the best one-to-one meeting agenda in a few minutes.
When a member of your team completes a check-in, a check-in card will appear in your shared workspace feed. To get a suggested one-to-one agenda based on these answers, simply click the “Prepare 1-1 agenda” button at the top of the check-in card.
Suggested agendas have different sections and are designed to help drive great conversations. The check-in answers are distributed into the right sections to make sure you can open, continue and close the conversation with the right topics.
If you think a suggested item should not be part of your agenda, simply select the block and remove it.
If you wish to add your own topics to the agenda, simply add them to the agenda card in the relevant section.
