You can share feedback instantly with any of your team members or your manager from their workspace but can also choose to share a feedback with anyone from the "Feedback" section in your menu.

Popwork sends automatic reminders to encourage regular feedback.

Every month, all users will receive a notification inviting you to share feedback with someone on your team or with a peer.

All managers will also receive a monthly reminder to share feedback with their team members.
