🧭 Where are we heading?

Popwork current product focus is to help companies roll out a motivating and efficient management culture instantly, helping top management to:

  • Harmonize management practices at all levels of the company

  • Get real-time company and people insights

  • Take action with managers

Long term, we’re on a mission to build a scalable, yet super simple, people management solution which helps any manager or company leader unlock the full potential of their people.

For the coming months, this means our core priorities are to:

  1. Provide C-levels and HR with a comprehensive company dashboard on key people indicators (mood, workload, 1:1, feedback and objectives)

  2. Notify top management and alerts managers on potential people issues or deteriorating trends

  3. Provide HR with the tools they need to deploy Popwork across their company (company surveys, question templates, manager guidance)

👀 What's coming soon?

We refresh our product roadmap at least every two months. Last update was early November, 2023.

We are currently working on a bunch of features and improvements to:

  • Allow manager and team member to share their workspace with third-parties

  • Provide top management and managers to visualise key people indicators across their org chart

  • Monthly digest for account admins and managers

  • ...
