As a manager, you have a workspace for each team member.

As a team member, you have a single workspace with your manager.

If you are both a manager and team member, you have both.

The workspace is composed of two panels:

  • The check-in feed on the left, where the updates from the team member pop up when he/she checks in.
  • The notes & follow-up panel on the right, that both the manager and the team member can use to create private or shared notes.
